Connect your land with new or expanding farmers!

Do you have a farm that you want to see remain farmland?  Do you own land that you would like to have farmed?  Do you have a farm business that you would like to pass on to the next generation?  FarmLink is a great way for Land Owners and retiring farmers to make connections with excited young farmers interested in getting their hands dirty.

Download our application form below and mail it in with your application fee ($35 for in state farms, $70 out-of-state farms) to participate in the FarmLink program.  Once we receive your application, we will check our database of Farm Seekers for potential matches, and list your farm on our website.

In addition to us checking the database, you can also look at the Farm Seeker page to see if there is someone you are interested in contacting.  Call us and we'll send you their information.
